I can just see Jimmy Hoffa and his brotherhood of Teamsters driving this to conduct all their bribes/jury tampering/other fraudulent activities.
Sorry for the blurry picture (click on it to make it bigger!), but please note the giant Hello Kitty face on the top of the cab as well as the 7 or 8 beanie baby size Hello Kittys on the quilted, pink, patent leather dash. The seat covers (not pictured) were all sorts of fantastic.
