Recently (ok, maybe a year ago but I've been outraged ever since) my neighbors started re-doing their rooftop. I followed progress of the construction closely since it looked like they were building some sort of water feature which, natch, I assumed was a hot tub adjacent to an awesome grilling party area.
As time went on, I realized that the water feature was a koi pond. A KOI POND!!! No grill, no hottub, just a koi pond and a table.
SRSLY?
Rooftops are for barbecues and hottubs, not koi ponds. Just a friendly FYI.

Oh man, this new Friday feature is so helpful! I was going to break ground (roof?) on a rooftop koi pond THIS WEEKEND. Obviously now I'll heat it, chlorinate it, and install bubbly jets instead. Thanks, Friendly FYI Friday!
