Yes, this really happened

It started out as a normal evening - looking across the water from the Aberdeen Marina Club at a giant floating Chinese restaurant with 2,300 seats...

and hanging out with colleagues.

The night took an interesting turn when a shark cage filled with models was rolled out into the middle of the party...

which was of course then circled by a man dressed up in a plush shark suit.

The shark then posed with the models...

taking a break to make out with my colleague Simon...

at which point the models were released to mingle with the hoi polloi...

and so was the Sharkman.

And that, friends, is how you launch a new luxury watch in Hong Kong.
